WELCOME to Sunridge Park, a fantastic community in Rancho Cordova. It is located near Grant Line Rd & Douglas Rd which is extremely convenient if you commute to Folsom or El Dorado Hills. It’s also a nice short cut to get to east and south Elk Grove where you can hop on Highway 99.
Woodside Homes was the primary builder in this community. They have some really great layouts that are worth checking out. My clients really enjoy their single story homes.
There are no HOA dues in this community unlike Anatolia. Sunrise Elementary serves this area as well.
