Coming from a contractor background, he owned and operated a construction company for five years. James knows homes, how they are built, electrical, and solar. This allows him to understand inspections, health, safety, and any unforeseen damages or problems. After purchasing his first home with his wife, he discovered he had done most of the work that his agent was supposed to be doing. Once he started his career in real estate, he knew exactly what a client needs: good communication and the ability to take charge. In his free time, James loves to spend time outdoors camping, hunting, and gold mining.
