As his career progressed, he amassed a plethora of professional certifications and affiliations: Realtor® and loan specialist (since 2000); membership in the National Association of Realtors®, California Association of Realtors®, Placer County Association of Realtors®; president and co-owner of Fulmor Inc., a general contracting company; co-owner and developer of Enchambered Escape Room in Sacramento; resident and owner of MREC Group, Inc., specializing in default, wholesale, rehab, and rental properties; pre-foreclosure, notice of default, probate, and trustee sales agent and investor specialist since 2001; tax default specialist since 2004; real estate-owned (REO) property seller and buyer agent specialist since 2006; and successful launch of a broker price opinion (BPO) division in 2007, completing more than 800 reports.
He says, “My mission is to become acquainted with my client’s goals and needs to help educate, protect, and equip them, and to produce an opportunity for them to make empowering decisions with complete confidence. It is my intention to work with my team to make their experience serene while enriching their future.”
Neil happily spends spare time with his wife, Theresa, and their four children, Kolby, Kaitlyn, Koya, and Keilana — and they especially love the grandbabies. Neil enjoys water sports, camping, and traveling, and he has a passion for workouts and martial arts.
